Attendees and other participants of certain nationalities will be required to obtain a visa to enter Brazil.
If you are not aware if you need to obtain a visa, how log does it take or if you don’t know what you should prepare, please make inquiries to the Brazilian embassy or consulate in the country where you reside.
Invitation Letter
If the embassy requires an Invitation Letter from the event organization, it will be issued automatically upon Registration payment. Please note: during the registration process, you shall mark the option “Require a Visa Letter”. After payment, you will receive the Visa Letter.
