Registration is required for all participants of IEEE HPSR 2017.
Online registration is available at the link below and will close on June 11, 2017.

Registration deadline with discounted fees is May 17, 2017 and Author Registration Deadline is May 19, 2017.
After June 11, 2017, On-site Registration will be available only at the registration desk during the IEEE HPSR 2017.
* All deadline dates are in Brazil Standard Time (BRT). We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.

If you are an IEEE ComSoc Student Member and is registered to the HPSR 2017 conference, you can apply to a “student travel grant” to travel to Campinas. Please note: only one student will receive the “student travel grant”. Additional information can be found at Travel Grants.

If you are not yet an IEEE ComSoc Student Member and you want to join IEEE ComSoc as a student member, please go to IEEE Communications Society Membership .

Author Registration for Conference (full and poster papers)

  • To be published in the IEEE HPSR 2017 Conference Proceeding and to be eligible for
    publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register
    for the conference with the full registration fee (COMSOC Member, IEEE/Sister Society Member, Non IEEE Member) and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference.
  • Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE
    formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.
  • One full registration is valid for up to 2 papers. If you have three or more papers, please make additional registrations and add at most two papers in each of them.

*1: Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of conference. Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID or student certificate letter from their supervisors via online registration form. Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for students who have full time job.
Each paper requires to be covered by one full registration. One full
registration is valid for up to two papers.

*2: Paper length should be up to 6 pages in two-column IEEE Conference style. Extra pages beyond the 6 page limit/paper are charged a rate of R$450,00 per extra page with a maximum of 2 extra pages.
